Job Description:

We have an immediate need for bilingual Benefit Specialists. Our Benefits Specialist will have face-to-face consultations with employees of our Employer clients, educating them on their benefits options while presenting additional voluntary worksite benefits, to complement their employer's benefit package, creating solutions and helping employees get the most out of their benefits packages.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Present and explain benefit packages options to include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA's to employees in diverse industries and occupations
  • Represent products and services from various insurance companies and articulate plan designs clearly
  • Offer additional voluntary worksite benefits to employees including critical illness and accident plans
  • Enroll employees and their eligible dependents in their chosen benefits packages
  • Help complete, collect and input required enrollment applications or documents in electronic format
  • Assist in overall administration of clients' employee benefits programs

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Outgoing personality and professional and ethical demeanor, organized and attentive to detail
  • Articulate and detailed communicator with ability to learn new concepts and explain them clearly
  • Must be comfortable and relatable, presenting to all levels of employees
  • Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred
  • Associate or College degree in Human Resources, or related field is preferred
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience working in Human Resources, preferably as a Benefits Administrator, Personal or Commercial Insurance Sales or Customer Service
  • Individuals must hold or obtain Life and Health Insurance license in Texas
  • Required proficiency using a computer, navigating between different sites, and systems for accurate data entry
  • Must reside in the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex and have ability to drive to office in Addison or other local client sites
  • Must possess work authorization without requiring VISA sponsorship
  • Must be bilingual - 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (written, spoken)
